Your Disappointment.

I'm up very early this morning , and thought to myself that while its quiet that I would check my mail. Whats this I,ve received mail from my followers filled with disappointment, not that its my fault Iwould like to add!
I believe yesterday was the launch day at Craftrange for the new stamps that I had designed "Molly Blooms" prior to me leaving in January. I agree that an email should have been sent or a quick message on thier blog posted to say that a few problems had occurred and that the stamps being launched this weekend were not available at present.I am sorry some of you had wasted journeys, but since leaving I have not had contact with anyone at Craftrange about the stamps. No the "wonderful"samples! were not my work.
Unfortunatley at present this new range of stamps is only avialable here...

All I can say is watch this space!

Molly may Blossom!

Hello...

Good morning everyone, now I don,t want you to think I am being lazy as I haven't posted this week but I've been rather busy with other things and I kind of had designers block!
Now that's its a wet Friday and all of my other task are up to date I kind of feel ready to sit and get the over used copic pens out.... and play, but alas I have to go out and get wet!
I have pre-ordered some of the new Magnolia Hoppy Easter stamps ,not that I send Easter cards but some of them are generic (thats a big word for me), but I especially like the Magnolia Chandeliers. So I can,t wait for my delivery to arrive in a couple of weeks.
Hopefully I will get to play this weekend, and have new suff to showcase next week.
Enjoy your weekend!
Bye for now Clarexxx

Study Time

I have had these 2 cute Magnolia stamps for a while and thought I would create a card with them, not for any particular reason. It turned out to be a little more than a card as I used the image of Tilda with pencils to make a book mark to slip into the inside. Would be ideal for graduation, the onset of exams or those heading off to study!

Hope you like it....

Easter Peg

Well with it being pancake day yesterday it got me thinking that Easter must be around the corner!

For ages I have been after some jumbo pegs...what for I here you ask, well I wasn't entirely sure. Well the other week I was visiting a garden centre with my mum not for plants but for a nice coffee and of course yummy cake, and there they were. So I purchased 3 still not knowing what I really wanted them for.

It's funny how you hanker after things for no reason, anyway back to the story. My 3 jumbo pegs are not enough for me I have to have more! So when Molly went to visit my Parents I asked her to take a major detour and go buy me more jumbo pegs, which she kindly did... another 3.

So I now have 6 Jumbo pegs, for no reason other than I've been after one for ages. Then I took my paint brush to it ,painted it, turned it upside down and decorated it with paper, ribbons and buttons. To top it off I stamped this cute image of Tilda in Bunny suit and coloured it in using my ever faithful copic pens!

And hey presto a rather cute memo/photo holder...

Sweet Love

I am new to this blogging thing, but think I am now getting into the swing of it, but I haven't quite mastered the art of the photography yet! Thats all down to my daughter Molly, so thanks Molly I know you could be doing other things... like your uni work!

Well I made this tag then didn't quite know what to do with it, then it came to me, yes I had a flash of insipration, why not make a cookie jar and add a couple of cookie cutters. This one is valentined themed but you could make it for any occassion.

Oh yes, the mixture I have filled my jar with is for chocolate chip cookies with gooey marshmallows. Is it a yuk or yum????

Love is in the Air!!!

Well do we really need one special day a year to tell our love ones we love them! My husband thinks not , as he tells me everyday , but I am an old romantic at heart. With Valentines day nearly upon us and a couple of requests thought I had better get busy being creative.

Found this Sarah Kay stamp in my local Craft Shop and thought why not have a change from my favourite Magnolia... and well if I blow my own trumpet I was really rather pleased with the finished card!!!

Had to then go back and buy a couple of others which I have not played with yet...
