Meet Bingo...

Well its been and now its gone, what was all the stress about?
Another Christmas over and I really hope you had a lovely time. My parents spent Christmas with us and my sister and family were home in England for the first time in 4 years, so it was so nice to be all together around the dinning tabel for dinner! which my wonderful hubby prepared, I was chief kitchen hand, dishwasher loader and pot washer!!!

The kids really loved there presents especially "Bingo" the 8 week old kitten, I did not realise its so hard to find a kitten around winter time, but with the wonders of the web, lots of email exchanges and  a snowy trip out to collect her on Christmas Eve, we managed to get a kitten...she is so cute and a real hit with everyone especially Alfie our puppy who just wants to lick her !!!

Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine is on sale on the 6th January 2011 and I am so proud to be featured again, this time I have designed the Exclusive Free Gift, a set of Molly Blooms stamps. So I will leave you with a small sneek peek of whats on offer, so be sure to buy your copy. Just remember that these stamps are not the usual deep etched  red rubber that my stamps are always produced in so the stamping  may not be the usual quality, but what a fab free gift while you await my new range!

A big thankyou to you all for reading and following my blog, I really do enjoy reading your comments, heres to many more.

Finally may I wish you all a happy and peaceful New Year for 2011.

Love "n" Hugs

Baby... its Cold Outside!

Well I had so much planned for today... but alas the snow has won and put a stop to that.We have just been out walking with Alfie, and we soon had to turned back as the snow was to deep, not that Alfie was fussed but my feet with thermal socks and boots were frozen!!! So my list to finish my last bits off for Christmas will have to wait till we can get the cars out.

So I thought I would share this card with you, before I go and start my Christmas wrapping. It is the one and only card I have made to give to someone very special this Christmas, I did not even make Molly and George a card how bad is that? considering my stamps are based on them!

Before I go, I must say a big hi to Maureen, you did it well done! I was really impressed when I saw your name up there.

Well as always thanks for stopping by, let me know what you think.

Stay warm and cosy,
Clare xxx

Advent Boxes..... Empty

A good morning to you all out there. We are still struggling with snow and ice here and I am beginning to wonder if the snow will ever go.

Thought I would share this advent calendar with you today. I made it for Molly with some of my just released new stamps. Unfortunately the box of Cadbury Heroes that I bought specially did not make it into the little boxes, as George and I had a chocolate feast on Sunday evening!!!

I apologise for the poor photos but now my camera is playing up along with a list of other things in my house. Let me know you popped by, and keep warm.

Snow Snow and more Snow..........

Can't really believe all this snow, I can really... it happens every year around here, but not till a little later in the year normally. Well life has to go on and after living in this area for 3 years we are use to leaving cars at the top of the hill and walking home! George is a little miffed this morning school is open and no snow day, can't believe he's 18 in a month, because he was behaving like he was 8!!!

I am off to Sirstampalot tomorrow, for their Ultimate Stamping Demo Day on Saturday, not sure how long it will take me to get there, but I will definitely be their for the first class of the day 8.00am, so if your booked in I look forward to seeing you then, we will be working with my newly released christmas stamps that no one has seen yet, so I think I will leave you with a little sneaky peek.

There are a few places left on my classes which are running throughout the day so if you are not booked on yet contact Sirstampalot.

Have a good day,
Stamp & Enjoy

P.S. I will probably not be blogging for a week or so after the weekend so will not be contactable via the web as we are changing over server.

Christmas Cracker....

Hello to you all out there and thank you for popping by today.

As promised here is the template for the christmas cracker that a lot of you have admired, when I have been out and about. Please note that the template is not down loadable (as I am not that clever!) nor is it drawn to scale,
but at least the measurments are correct.

Please leave me a comment so I know you popped by.

This weeks Allsorts Challenge.... Lace, Ribbon & Charm.

Good morning to you all out there, well its Saturday again and time for the Allsorts Challenge. I am very lucky to be their Guess Designer for this month, and I am having such fun, as I never done any challenges before this!

Here is my card for this week Lace, Ribbon, and Charm. I have used these 2 cute Molly Blooms stamped images along with gingham papers and plain bazzill cardstock and a mixture of ribbon. My charm is the crystal snowflake from a stash of stuff I have had for a while.

What am I up to? ....

Good morning to you all,

Here in Helmshore the wind is howling and the rain is bouncing down, and poor Alfie is looking fed up because I haven't taken him for a walk yet... because I don't think I can bear to get wet or blown away this morning! how bad am I?

Had a really good weekend over at Sirstampalot and the girls really enjoyed the workshop... apart from the measuring. I will post later in the week what we made, just haven't got round to taking photos yet but I will.

Thanks for all your comments and your emails over the last week, they are so nice to receive and read.
Here are some answers to the questions asked.

1. The circle on the card made for this weeks Allsort Challenge is die cut using the Magnolia DooHickey die Lace Doily.

2.  This Saturday I am over at The Paperlane, which is in Northallerton Yorkshire demoing from 10am till 4pm.

3.  My classes for this year are nearly over, but on Saturday 4th December Sirstampalot are holding their Ultimate Rubber Stamping day and I will be running a series of  2 hour workshops throughout the day. For more details please contact Sirstampalot  who will be happy to help.

The card I attach today was made a while back, and yes I know its in those papers again I just can't help myself!

Have a good Tuesday,

Stamp & Enjoy

Busy busy busy......

I always say I am going to try harder at adding to my blog...
I returned last Friday after a  much needed week long break in Fowey Cornwall, David and I had a fab time and the sun shone all week and Alfie (can't remember weather I've  mentioned him before, but he is our puppy dog, well not for much longer he turns 1 on Sunday) came with us instead of the kids. It was the first holiday we have ever had where there was no sulking, as he was just happy to tag along with us... where ever we went!

When I got back it was straight  into work mode for a Saturday workshop over in Northallerton and  from there I drove to Doncaster for Stamp Magic on the Sunday... I had a great time, as I have never done a show before and even though my stamps are in several shops it was great to be demoing them for such a large audience, thanks Paula for inviting me.

Then it was back home to all that dirty washing and ironing!!! and 2 magazine article deadlines (only to find out the boiler had gone bang again!!! and it was the coldest night of the year.) With the last article just posted I can at least take breath, before I start on the cleaning...
