Roll Up! Roll Up!.......

Morning to all you old and new followers and many thanks for all your lovely comments which I love to read... at least it makes me realise that someone is reading this!

Wanted to share this make with you today. It was Sundays project over at the Paperlane in Northallerton.
Not all the ladies got it completely finished as there was to much measuring and cutting to do which I know you all love! I hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as I did. Even though the new stamps have not yet been released to the retailer I have my set, which means you get to have a sneeky play with the new range and can pre-order yours. Not to long to wait for there arrival, check out http://www.mollybloomsdesigns.co.uk/ for your local stockist.

Have a good Tuesday,

Everyone should ride the Carousel...........

Good morning to old and new followers and many thanks for taking the time to follow my blog.Well doesn't Monday morning come round fast! I still trying to catch up with things since being back from the trade show, think I am nearly there, but still yawning far to much.

I was off on Saturday and spent the day catching up on a few chores, like the ironing mountain.Oh why does my laundry bin not have a bottom? Now Sunday was a different day, which I spent over at Inspirations in Preston. They have just taken my stamps on board and as part of there 2nd Birthday celebrations they invited me over to demo my stamps, along with Copic Pens. Fun was had and I met and chatted to some old and new faces, it was lovely to meet you all and thank you for all your comments. They have invited me back to run a workshop on Sunday 25th March 11am - 4pm, so I am looking forward to that...

Today I want to introduce you to a few more new characters from the range. Merry-Go-Round Molly is catching a ride on Marcie the Merry-Go-Round horse while Popcorn George catches a free ride!!! All the Fun of the Fair Molly can't ride the Merry-Go-Round because she has spent all her money on candy floss
and a balloon ah!!! I think everyone should ride the Carousel. When Molly was little and we lived in Scotland I have spent many a Saturday queing in Princess Street Gardens waiting for our turn to ride the Carousel, oh it only seems like yesterday.

Well I must away now, busy sampling for up and coming workshops, keep on stamping.

Come to the Circus.....the greatest show in Town

Blooms Bros Circus the Greatest show in Town has arrived. Well hi there, I am just back from the launch of the new range of Molly Blooms Stamps "The Big Top Collection" due to arrive in your local craft shop towards the end of March.

Thought I would share one of my samples from the show to give you all a sneek peek. Ringmaster Molly is keeping everybody in check and with Marvin the Monkey providing the music, this circus parade is a happy lot, with Jenny and Lenny and Stanley the Sea Lion keeping everyone amused in the Big Top tent!

Hope you like and a special thanks to Janet for giving me this idea! I will be back soon to share some more of my circus antics.

Happy Stamping

So Sorry..........

Just a very quick post today to apologise to all of you who were suppose to be attending my workshop over in Northallerton today, of which I had to cancel after being well and truly snowed in!
As I type this David is trying to dig us out. At least I am not marooned on the M62 as I thought when travelling home after yesterdays workshop over in Elsecar, Barnsley.
Now I know I was willing it to snow yesterday, I just love the stuff! but after it taking me 3 hours to travel home on an untreated motorway and roads all I can say is I was pretty scared during my little adventure.

So once again, I am so sorry to all you ladies who were booked on the workshop for today, I hate to have cancel and let people down, but hopefully you will be able to make it next time.

Keep warm and happy Crafting
Love Clare - x -

Well it's nearly Feb.... and I've not posted since last December!!!

Well February is nearly upon us, Christmas has been and long gone... and I've not posted this year yet! oh I am feeling so guilty, especially now my workshops have all started again and people are pointing this out to me. Just so busy of  late, designing and finalising my new range for launch in a couple of weeks at Stitches Trade Show. My nerves are now beginning to kick in, but oh boy, have I had a chance to have a good colouring in session!!!

My workshops are now up and running again after the Christmas break, so today I will leave you with the project created in Saturdays class over in Leeds at Samuel Taylors. Well thats all for now, I will be back soon but not sure when... with other projects to hopefully inspire you.
Have a happy Monday

Christmas ...

Well the tree is finally up and the lights are twinkling, as yet Bingo the cat has not been found perched on the top! Alfie dog has let the side down he just had to have a quick game of footie with a bauble, a glass bauble may I add which did result in breakage and what did he do? well of course he blamed the cat. Missing Molly and George at the moment whilst trying to get ready for Christmas, but George finishes on Friday for four weeks still had no Christmas list off him, which makes for hard shopping. Molly is busy putting up a tree at her other abode, I think she's getting ready to finally fly the nest next year. Maybe it has something to do with the two wedding invites she has recently recieved off friends she was at Uni with.

Still not tackled much shopping, have said I will make a visit to the Trafford Centre tomorrow with Molly, can't say I like the place but I do now need the big shops, the garden centre has run out of things for me to buy! I will probably take refuge in John Lewis for the day, with maybe a little walk to M&S for variety... god men have it so easy at Christmas. David normally starts on Christmas Eve with have you got my Great Aunt Fanny's present yet? which will have been duty fully bought, wrapped up and delivered by then! By midnight on Christmas Eve I will be wrapped up in bed exhausted but feeling very smug that my contribution to the day is done, and well David its over to you... Christmas Dinner for 6 and what do you mean you forgot the cranberry sauce for the turkey!

Thought you like a little insight, but I am sure you would rather have a project to look at. Thought I would share this with you today, one of my last workshop projects of the year. A keepsake book to be added to at leisure, here are just a few page samples but I think it needs some more work!

Well thats all for now, don't stress over Christmas to much ... like I do

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas... but not around here

Well the snow has been falling along with the golf ball sized hale stones, now its beginning to feel alot like winter around here. No tree up yet, no cards written and not much shopping been done either...and I have that feeling of panic beginning to grow in the pit of my tummy! I have my last workshop of the year tomorrow over at Craft Range in Burnley, then I can concentrate on Christmas and deck my halls with holly! before it all starts again, I have had so much fun this year but I am now feeling somewhat jaded. Thought I would share this with you today as seen as advent is now in full swing, but not in my house I have forgotten the safe place where I hid the tin of chocolates for the calander which I bought ages ago when on offer in Tesco's...

So sorry kids for being a bad Mum, I promise to get organised........
Have a good Tuesday, I will be back soon,
Love Clare xxx
